Loretta Forbis is a native Texan, raised in the Amarillo area. She obtained her Texas Real Estate license in 1997. She has 20+ years of experience in the Multi-Family Housing industry with responsibilities in the operational and development of a diversified portfolio for both Asset & Fee Management, which includes Tax Credit, Bond, Conventional & AHDO Compliance requirements. During her tenure, she held positions of On-Site Leading Consultant, Trainer, Community Manager, District Manager & Regional Vice President in the West Texas market. She was successful in leading her team during the lease up, compliance and stabilization of new developments. She developed policies and procedures, facilitated the achievement of software conversion, and administered an expense task force resulting in higher performance within her portfolio. Loretta has specialized in the implementation of training programs and community awareness, focusing on the mission to provide quality service while maximizing cash flow and same store performance goals.

Loretta joined NewHomes.come & RealEstate.com, a subsidiary of Lending Treen in 2007, serving the top 26 counties in the Texas Panhandle. She joined the team at Keller Williams in 2012. As a member of the Connie Taylor Group. She brings her laser like focus, maintaining a high standard when it comes to her clients. Loretta has service on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of the Panhandle, Chairperson of the Publicity committee, and served as an alternate voting delegate for the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) Board of Directors in Austin, Texas. She has held a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association and is a National Compliance Professional.
